Ferne Bradley is a specialist in trusts, relationship property and divorce.
Ferne works closely with accountants and other professionals to assist
clients to implement the best structure for their asset ownership. She
helps clients unravel complex company and trust structures in the event of
personal separation or commercial company or partnership dissolution.
Ferne is also experienced in company governance, charitable trusts, rural
developments, subdivisions, property development and mediation.
She has held a number of professional and public governance appointments such as being a member of the Relationship Property committee of the New Zealand Law Society's Family Law Section and is a member of the Wills & Succession committee of the New Zealand Law Society's Property Law Section. Ferne has been appointed to the 2010/2011 New Zealand Law Society Canterbury-Westland Branch Council.
