Simon Price is a specialist in business acquisitions, structuring and trusts. Simon served on the Canterbury District Law Society Conveyancing Committee for several years, and was Convenor in 1992. In 1996, he copresented a New Zealand Law Society national seminar on conveyancing issues. Simon is the immediate past Chairman of the Laura Fergusson Trust for Disabled Persons (Canterbury Branch) Inc. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and a director of NZ Law Ltd.
